                   	     RESOLUTION NO. 19321
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL INSTITUTIONAL
                   PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF
                   TENNESSEE.
                  
                   	     _______________________
                  
                  
                  
              	   WHEREAS, the Chattanooga City Council approved the
         Preliminary Institutional Planned Unit Development for the
         University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Institutional Planned
         Unit Development by Resolution No. 19270 on December 11, 1991;
              	   WHEREAS, a final Institutional Planned Unit 
Development
         Plan which substantially conforms to the Preliminary 
Institutional
         Planned Unit Development Plan has been submitted;
              	   WHEREAS, use of properties and number of parking 
spaces
         for each lot are shown;
              	   WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has reviewed and
         approved parking areas shown;
              	   WHEREAS, only Phase 1 of the proposed dormitory in the 

         block surrounded by Houston, Vine, Douglas and Oak Streets is
         shown; and
              	   WHEREAS, a copy of the Final Institutional Planned 
Unit
         Development plan is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
                                  NOW, THEREFORE,

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the  final Institutional Planned 
Unit
         Development for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
         attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the 

         same is hereby approved.
